Historical Bazaar at Wimpole Hall

Last Saturday there was a camera club outing to Wimpole Hall. This coincided with a historical bazaar being held there. Re-enactors were there covering several historical periods. It was quite odd watching a couple of medieval knights, dressed in mail* chatting to a German paratrooper. The Red Coats were particularly good value. I don't normally do people pictures, but even I couldn't resist.





* Apparently you should call it mail not chain mail. There are no chains after all. I was told off for using the wrong term by a Jacobite!
